Buyer's guide

Best roofing CRM software

If you only replace roofs, start with Roofr, AccuLynx, or JobNimbus. Jobber is the general field-service tool that also names roofing and publishes a Core price. AccuLynx and JobNimbus do not show a subscription price here.

Field-service tools are listed before phone, fleet, and general apps. Inside a group the order is alphabetical. That is not a score, and nobody paid for a slot. Affiliate disclosure.

How the tools compare

Pros, cons, and the “best for” line come from the directory record. A price appears only when we checked it on the vendor’s site, and those figures are marked as of Oct 2026. Otherwise the cell says see vendor pricing.

Buying advice

Roofing-only versus a general field app

Roofr, AccuLynx, and JobNimbus are in this directory as roofing products. Jobber names roofing and also names plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other trades. If the company only replaces roofs, the editorial note on Roofr says to start with Roofr, JobNimbus, or AccuLynx instead of a generic field-service app.

The only roofing dollar amounts we checked

Roofr’s measurement reports are listed at $13. Jobber Core is from $29/mo billed annually for 1 user. AccuLynx and JobNimbus say see vendor pricing. Hover is a separate measurement and design tool for the outside of a house. It is not in this CRM table. Read the Hover listing if the quote depends on a model.
