Buyer's guide

Best software for cleaning businesses

Jobber and Housecall Pro are the cleaning-named tools here with a published starting price. mHelpDesk also names cleaning and does not show a confirmed price. Motive tracks the vehicles, not the maid schedule.

Field-service tools are listed before phone, fleet, and general apps. Inside a group the order is alphabetical. That is not a score, and nobody paid for a slot. Affiliate disclosure.

How the tools compare

Pros, cons, and the “best for” line come from the directory record. A price appears only when we checked it on the vendor’s site, and those figures are marked as of Oct 2026. Otherwise the cell says see vendor pricing.

Buying advice

Recurring cleans need a calendar, not a GPS dot

Start with Jobber or Housecall Pro when you want a published price and the vendor has already named cleaning. mHelpDesk is the third operations listing and still needs a written price. Motive belongs after you have more than one vehicle and the schedule is already in a field app.

Reviews are a Housecall Pro difference in this table

Housecall Pro’s recorded features include review management. Jobber’s recorded features do not. That is a gap in what we checked, not a claim that Jobber can never ask for a review. Read both feature lists on the tool pages.

Affiliate links

None of these Visit buttons is an affiliate link. The live affiliates are Goodcall, Rosie, and Workiz. This cleaning table does not include them because none of those records names cleaning.
